So we built ourselves the AM Engage Portal: a branded proposal and click-to-accept signing system that seals the agreement, files it, emails everyone, and raises the invoice — without anyone re-keying a thing. Here's how it works, and what it would have cost to rent instead.

In short

It starts when a lead lands — captured from your website form or added by hand — straight into your SharePoint. You build a proposal from a template you can customise, and the system links to your finance tool — for us, Xero — to pull your live, real-time products and prices and populate it for you. Your client approves in a click, and an invoice is created and sent automatically — with a Stripe link to pay on the spot. Every detail is saved in the portal and in SharePoint, so there's always a human-in-the-loop trail for auditing and manual review.
